All orders placed will be shipped from the designated warehouse within 1-3 business days maximum. During sales periods, please allow up to 6 business days for shipping.

If your order takes more than 70 days (standard shipping method), we will refund the entire order and you keep the item. This does not apply to stolen or lost products or to wrong addresses. We always refer to the tracking number.
The shipping delay is not only due to us, but also to sub-suppliers, logistics and any other related support, such as reduced air flights, some places too remote or inconvenient as well as the lack of deliverers.
Don't worry, we'll be here to track your order until you get it, hoping everything goes well.
Please take into account public holidays that may impact delivery times.
We work with small sellers from all over the world to share their products, some of our products are shipped directly from our sellers overseas. Due to the nature of the shipping industry, delays are often unavoidable. All our delivery times are therefore indicative and specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
I haven't received my order yet:
If you place an order and we have not yet received it within the allotted time, contact us and we will help you understand what is happening. However, it is no use to ask us for your package 4 days after your purchase. As mentioned above, we have a period of 1 to 3 days to prepare and ship your order between 5 to 10 business days of receipt.

Customs fees:
Customers are responsible for customs fees, if any. We do our best to save you additional customs fees by separating large orders into multiple shipments. Customs fees are random and we cannot guarantee that you will receive them or not. Refusal to pay customs fees is not a valid reason for a refund.
For pre-ordered or out-of-stock items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or out-of-stock item, we will immediately ship all items we have and we will ship pre-ordered or out-of-stock items as soon as they are available. So, if you have ordered multiple items on one order and you only receive part of your item, don't worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS, if you have provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking number, please use our order search form by clicking on the "Track My Order" menu.
Please allow 3-7 business days for tracking information to appear.

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times,

Lost or Stolen Product Disclaimer:
Ephraimz.co.uk is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are
delivered to the address provided when ordering. If the tracking information indicates that Your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the transport service or local authorities to solve the problem. We will not issue any refunds or returns in case of stolen or lost product.
